Challenge


Kübler Sport serves a diverse mix of B2B and B2C customers, each with unique needs. “Our biggest challenge is making our wide range of products easy to find while ensuring search is intuitive and efficient for every audience,” says Marvin. Their previous search solution (Magento’s built-in Elasticsearch) didn’t deliver the expected results. Even internal teams struggled to find products in the shop. Optimizing search results required extensive technical effort, and when they did invest resources, another issue arose: performance. “Increasing configuration complexity led to long loading times, which was a major problem for the user experience,” Marvin recalls.

To give every customer a fast seamless shopping experience while saving valuable resources, Kübler Sport’s eCommerce team turned to FactFinder. “Our goal was to reduce customer frustration and prevent abandoned purchases,” says Marvin.

But the journey isn’t over. According to Marvin, there’s still plenty of potential to unlock.
